I knew that the game against Ipswich was important one, but it proved to be even more important that I had originally thought, as the three 3 points brought us to the 4th position of the table. We performed well as a team and although we did not score a lot of goals, as we usually do, we managed to keep a clean sheet.

When we lose a game everyone blames the defenders and they say how poorly we performed. After the last game everyone said how well we played. I do not believe that the defenders lose the games and the strikers win it. Football is a sport played by 11 athletes and all of them have to do their best if they want their team to win.

Now we have to face a great challenge. Tomorrow's game is crucial for two reasons. First of all we have to play against a very good team away in a one-off game, which by all means it is not an easy task! Chelsea has recently proved that they can beat any team if they are in good shape on the day. The second reason is that if we manage to get through to the next round I am fairly confident we will reach the final as our potential opponent is not one of the teams that one would regard as top class. We will do our best and with a bit of luck anything can happen!
