Leicester defender Nikos Dabizas has described Saturday's game against Reading as a "must-win" tie in the Foxes' push for promotion.
Dabizas' team hosts Reading on the back of Championship wins against Plymouth and Leeds.
And the Greek international told the club's official website: "A win is a very big step for us as far as a promotion bid is concerned.
"A run or three or four wins in a row will put us right up there."
Leicester are ninth in the league and lie 13 points behind leaders Wigan.
But Dabizas said the Foxes still had a "strong chance of promotion".
"It is vital for us to gain some stability and to be consistent," he said.
"We haven't lost too many games but I feel we have had too many draws, especially at home. We have to try and convert those draws into wins."
