As far as the latest Premiership game I believe that the result was fair. Although Manchester United's performance was not that better than ours, they were more effective than we were. The game was balanced according to the game statistics, and neither of the two sides had any real advantage. Still, they managed to convert their chances to goals, while we were unlucky and did not manage it very well.

As I usually do every day, I had a look at the papers the day after the game and I was very surprised to find out that I was to blame for the first goal! I had a word about it with Distin and he told me that van Nistelrooy was alone due to lack of communication between him and Elliot. I believe I was in the right place, although unfortunately that was not enough. It is true that we did not perform well as far as the defense was concerned but yet for another time I have to say that we need to defend as a team and not individually. Still, even if it was my mistake I would have no problem to accept it.
