For many reasons we expected it to be a difficult game against Albania, and it was. I am really happy that we manage to get the 3 points, as the win was the only way to keep the dream alive. We can still hope and try for the second place in our group. A significant role in the game was the support we received from everyone at Crete. They gave the team the necessary confidence that was required for the game. I hope we will receive the same support while playing in Athens against England. The game will probably be the most difficult game we will have in this group, as we play against such a good team that has the same aim, the second place. We need to win the game if we would to have any chances to achieve our goal. Although we will need rest before the game I believe that playing against Albania is an advantage for us as we had the chance to play as a team in a "real" game rather in a friendly. The moral of our team is high after the win against Albania and although we would have to absence, that of Georgiadis and Patsatzoglou, I believe we have 23 good players that can contribute to the team. I hope the best for us for a game that is surely going to be very interesting.
