| Newcastle scored three goals for each one of the three points they won by beating Aston Villa at St James' Park. Craig Bellamy scored once in each half while Alan Shearer put his name on the score sheet in the second half, celebrating his 400th league game! The Magpies dominated the game and if they were a bit luckier they could had scored two or three more goals. On the other side Aston Villa rarely managed to create any trouble in Newcastle's box and that helped United to finish the game with a clean sheet.
Nikos played for 90 minutes. After the game he was quite happy with the result: "Today number 3 seems to be our lucky number. We won 3 points, we scored 3 goals and we are now 3rd in the league. I know that there are more games tomorrow but with 20 points in 11 games I believe we are doing very well. Off course we need to continue in this by focusing on each game separately." Nikos will return to Greece tomorrow as we will play against Estonia and Cyprus in the two international friendly matches scheduled for the 10th and the 14th of November.
